We are committed to supplying high-quality products and supporting our trade partners with a reliable and straightforward service.

Quality Guarantee

All Moorland Rider products are designed for regular, practical use and are backed by our 2 Year Quality Guarantee.

This covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.

Please contact us with details of the issue, including photographs where possible. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, credit or refund.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind on trade orders.

Returns will only be accepted where goods are faulty or have been supplied in error, and must be agreed in advance.

All approved returns must be sent back in a clean, unused condition.

Processing

Once a return has been received and checked, we aim to process credits or refunds within 7 working days.
