Quality Guarantee Policy

At Moorland Rider, we are committed to supplying products you and your customers can rely on. All products are designed for regular, hard-working use and are backed by our 2 Year Quality Guarantee.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.

For Trade Customers

If a product purchased through your store is found to be faulty within the guarantee period, we ask that you handle the initial customer contact in line with your standard returns process.

Please then contact us with details of the issue, including photographs where possible. Once assessed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or credit.

We aim to make this process as straightforward as possible, helping you support your customers with confidence in the Moorland Rider brand.
